How Long Is This Going to Take?

This is different for everybody. It is not possible to expect someone who has experienced severe trauma or abuse as a child to somehow resolve everything in just a few sessions. Alternatively, if it is only a recent issue that you you seem to be struggling with and whilst working together, we come to a resolution that you are happy with, it may very well only take several sessions. 

This is where we listen, understand and respect that we are all different and we do not label you or box you in to a pre-determined outcome that may not be appropriate for you.

Medicare offers a rebate for ten sessions in one calender year however people will often continue with therapy past these ten sessions.
